Okay, we're TERRIBLY sorry for the lack of updates. But this is a little video on why you should never push your knees out when squatting, from a WEIGHTLIFTER'S point of view.

It's simple really. Weightlifting isn't about lifting the most amount of weights in the squat, or creating the most amount of torque in the squats. It's about being in the center so you don't fall over and either dump the bar forward in the snatch and clean.

Or look really stupid falling backwards with a barbell on your neck while your head goes "OOOOHHHHHHHH no.....this is going to be embaaaaaaaaaaarasinggggggggggggggg". Stay center. Stay with the weight, because you're not lifting a weight. You're merely SHIFTING a weight.
